if you'd like, go for it! he'll probably just get really embarrassed, though . . . 
■ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE:
considering the fact that tsuna is willing to stab himself for his friends and is the very reason he fights, it's plausible that he'd be willing to put his life on the line without thinking for someone he's very close to and considers a friend, and when in hyper dying will mode, he's mentally ready for it. when it comes to killing other characters, tsuna is wholeheartedly against it, and will be reluctant to do anything of the sort ( unless if, of course, he really doesn't have a choice. but, the situation has to be very dire and near unquestionable ). mutilating dead recruits is worse than killing, so for him it's a 110% no go.
of course, hit me up and let me know if anything involving physical violence with tsuna is a wanted thing, and we can plot things out!
■ RELATIONSHIPS:
tsuna is terribly head over heels for kyoko sasagawa canonly, but, hey-- a lot of things can happen with a little bit of development. if it's something that fits and happens gradually and believably, i may be up for it. maybe.
■ MENTAL INFORMATION:
just like onions, tsuna has layers!!! on top, his wimpy attitude is a fair let down and pretty unreliable, where the dwindle in self confidence shines through. though peel that away and you have someone with unbelievable potential, a genuine heart that wants the best for everyone, and will as strong as chuck norris, ready to fight for what and who he loves and doing so GENTLY 
tsuna also has hyper intuition, a sixth sense that "sees all". it doesn't literally see everything; tsuna can get things wrong, but it basically senses what's around him with incredible perception. he can probably tell when people are nervous or upset despite them hiding it, feel it, as well as seeing through illusions ( stronger ones are shown to still fool him ), and even incoming attacks.
■ MEDICAL INFORMATION:
tsuna's a rather normal human being; 157 cm tall, weighing in with 46.5 kg. he eats and drinks, he breathes to survive, he's a vertebrae with two hands and ten fingers, two feet and ten toes. he looks terribly scrawny and short, his hair being the one thing that adds to his height, and if you catch him on a normal day, there's nothing special to show. he's athletically inept, klutzy and hopeless all around-- but this can be a little misleading! give him a reason to fight ( see: friendship in d a n g e r ) and you have a completely different person, one that begins to show that he isn't all that scrawny underneath his clothes; he has shonen-hero-levels of physical strength and while he doesn't show it at all-- he's been trained, a lot, so he should be toned and fit.
he probably has a very large scar on his back in the shape of an 'x', from the shoulders to the hips.
as of day 97/98ish ( planet macha ) tsuna has jagged puncture wounds on both cheeks due to getting struck by an arrow ( yes, through the face ) and vriska simply ripping it out made it a tad bigger than it should have been. they'll heal, but he's been a la john trovolta in killing season ( albeit a bit more ripped ) up until day 102, where he goes to medical and gets it healed by hope, leaving two jagged scars, one on each cheek.
■ FAVORITE SENSORY INPUT:
he'll probably say he relies on all of them!!!, but over all he's very energy based. he relies on sensing things, especially when in combat where he's been trained to go with his intuition more than anything.
■ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS:
hurting people just because, maiming / threatening / killing friends, mistreatment of comrades or just about anything that breathes. anything along those lines are probably going to rub him the wrong way; he really dislikes violence and may or may not get super-saiyan-upset.
he also has a chihuahua trauma, other fears not counting the above being roaches and bats.
■ REBELLIOUS TENDENCIES:
leaning over to yes. tsuna isn't happy with the cdc's code of conduct it's way too wrong and extremely inhumane  he just doesn't know what to do about it and nither does he have enough man power / backbone / insanity to do something alone, so until he finds the right people that think the same way, that there has to be something else they can do to just end this all completely . . .
